Costs and Requirements

Site Fees Include

·       Exclusive use of the Hanford Ranch Winery grounds and main reception area

·       6.5 hours of event time

·       Bridal getting ready room with access at 10:00 am

·       Vendor access begins at 11:00 am

·       Two hour rehearsal, two days prior

·       Reception Tables and Chairs

·       Two restroom facilities

·       Outdoor Covered Bar

·       Outdoor Buffet Area

Venue Requirements

·      Additional time may be added to the beginning of your event for $475.00/hour

·      All catering & rentals including tables and chairs etc., must be arranged by client

·      Venue management must approve all vendors

·      Outdoor amplified music allowed until 10:30 pm

·      All wines served must be Hanford label wines purchased through the Hanford Event Sales Coordinator

·      Minimum purchase 6 cases (Inquire about alcohol free events)

·      Sparkling wine, beer and hard alcohol of your choice may be brought in with an additional corkage fee 

·      Bar Tender required for all events

·      Security guards required for all events (must be licensed)

·      A professional wedding planner is recommended, yet not required to provide at minimum, a partial planning package

·      General Liability Insurance
